F will kill the development completely. It is idiotic. Why would you want to create such a low income housing density in the 1st place? That has already failed down here.

Oh My, Oh My, what a surprise, a realtor who has already cashed in and now wants to continue displacing those pesky, inconvenient long term residents who stand in the path of Lennar and
an increase in his property value.
The City General Plan stipulates 2/3 affordable housing.
Prop F demands 50%.
Prop G suggests 25%
Which of course they can choose not to build, like the 400 rentals they reneged on.
